Once we receive your event request, the Lead Management team checks our space availability according to your needs.
If the chosen date isn’t available, you will be contacted in order to find the best alternative to your request.
We analyze your event request (type of event, content and budget estimate) along with the availability of our Cast Members to assemble the team in charge of your event. If we are short on staff, we will suggest an alternative solution and an additional cost.
The Cast Member in charge of your project contacts you so that you can both write up a complete brief and to define the needs of the event before he/she studies its feasibility and start the production.
Be careful, any change in the original brief may lead to a new analysis of your request from step 1! Try to be as clear as possible and do not forget any components in your initial request for more efficiency!
Your DLPEG contact keeps in touch until the end of your event with its post mortem and its final cost.
